Great company to build a career for any motivated professional, who is interested in finance in general and ABL in particular. Very supportive training and system in the place provided by upper management, managers, team leads, and coworkers for a new hire, available room for growth since the company is growing fast and need talents to build on. HR is communicating any internal opportunities. The company is providing tons of material to train and gain, such as GC university access...situational leadership style allowing more flexibility and openness to new ideas leading to more opportunities for employees and the business, a very healthy environment within the sales department, coworkers are very helpful and willing to help and support. Healthy competition is encouraged. It’s a great working environment with passionate, nice people. Language skills, talents, initiatives, and hard work is rewarded and appreciated. The company is looking to be a powerhouse in its field and clearly, it's going on the right track. 

2 years ago I had no clue where my career was headed. I took the leap of faith & re-applied at TFG (I also applied back then but did not push through due to a diff career I chose at that time). I got the job as an Account Manager & before my 2 years, got the Team Lead position. Words cant describe the amount of love & respect that I have for this company. They truly take care of their employees. Management is never micro managing as long as you are doing your job properly & will just guide & support you to where you want to be. Their paid trip for their top performers is one of the best things they have! 

These positions did not offer much opportunity for growth. The roles seemed to be dead-ends, with the exception of becoming a supervisor. Management was focused on micromanaging, and supporting team members was inconsistent. The team was constantly dealt with excessive meetings and high turnover. There were few opportunities for employee growth or cultivating a positive work environment. Essentially, these positions were only suitable for entry-level sales roles at best. Look for more reputable companies who have better initiatives for improving workplace culture and employee empowerment.

I've been working at TFG Financial for around 2 months and the training process/management has been accommodating and assisted with my improvement and integration into my role. Great work environment with flexibility for in office and at home working needs. Training has been comprehensive and informative, allowing constant room for learning and growth. Office culture is welcoming and fun.

Working from home has taken an adjustment, but the management team is there to support you every step of the way.  There is no cap on how well you can do in this role, its up to you.  The training is comprehensive but there is a ton of information to go through.  You are never left alone and always are supported.  Feels like you are working with friends. Everyone is laid back but work quite hard.  If you have a chance at an interview with TFG, be prepared and get excited for a wonderful career.

A good place to work, team members are really nice, if you are looking for growth, maybe not a place for you. 
But if you like long hours, more work and regular pay this is for you. You learn alot at this company and can help you grow your career but work life balance weighs in on you. 
Management definitely needs a lot of work and at times you feel like you are not being heard. Some departments are favoured and others not so much. 

the job is always changing, you are always learning new things and always on your toes some days are fast paced but your co workers always have your back and willing to help you from the top of management to the office ladies. the CFO (chief fun officer) run events every month for the staff as well as a weekly cheer event for staff to thank someone for there help.

This is the best career decision I have ever made. Management is amazing, the team is SO supportive. Benefits & Fair Wages!! Lots of room for advance! Very diverse team, everyone is always so pumped up. Lots of incentives, fun monthly events. The money you can make is endless. Outside work, they are very supportive and respectful of your personal life, they TRULY believe in work life balance, they don't just say it, they support what they say! 

I have had a really positive experience with TFG. When I started I received great training and clear expectations. As I've grained experience, the expectations have grown alongside my skills. I have been given great feedback from my supervisors and have been given the tools I need to excel. 
Overall a great environment, great managerial support, and a very supportive workplace. Highly recommend!

So far in the first month and a half TFG has provided excellent training, placed me on a team that suits my personality, and is very responsive to questions. The company has been very transparent regarding goals and benefits. They are company I can see myself finishing my career with and know there is advancement avaible.
