Found this place very good to work at, and the management is superb. I worked there twice but was let go gor unforeseen circumstances. Only problem I could really see was the mixture of 2 companies into 1... J Hansen/HVAC Group. The 2 didn't work together really at all... and I felt like the one was badmouthing me or I felt unwanted negative pressure. Also...the pay is average, not great. I had some paperwork issues as well with my ROE, which I did not like at all.
Overall, I think a decent place... on call isn't too busy either, which is good.

I were a apprentice at this company, worked there a year, not recommended for apprentices, because they just need people to run around for the company, paid too much for journeyman to do that, very less work experience except doing filters, as long as you sign up for school, after school you will be layoff, very smart company!

a lot of last minute out of town trips, dispatch not familiar with the job
requirements no inventory of specialized tools used untrained or unqualified personal in a lot of senerios

Would strongly recommend The J. Hansen HVAC Group as a workplace. Tons of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization. Multiple other companies reside within the building. Lateral movement between each company is also an option.

Good work environment. an all around great place to work and a great group of guys. we consider ourselves to be family.Although we are growing and want to continue to do so we also value each and every employee and everyone is valued.

The management is easy to work with. Unfortunately, the owner gets involved and creates hostilities. The wages are competitive. I would work there if you're in the field. The office is not as good.

The J Hansen HVAC Group is a good place to work. They are a growing company with lots of opportunity. The managers are loyal to the employees and do what they can to make their work/life balance a priority.

The J Hansen HVAC Group provides a great place to gain valuable experience in a variety of different fields including Plumbing and HVAC.  Employees are provided with good benefits.

I wouldn’t say it was horrible just not why I want for those who like doing everything and nothing that is a good start don’t expect to get paid too much either
