I have been working at The Shepherd Group for just under 12 months now, We have just relocated to a new location, and it has provided a healthy and clean environment for the whole team, The team has been very helpful, and the environment for team has been great to improve work life balance along with amazing workplace culture. The new location provides the team with a 600 square foot gym with a shower which provides the team with a great way to start or end off a day on the job and a café style lunch room which provides the perfect area to relax for your lunch break along with many other great amenities. The job opportunity has brought a lot of flexibility and the ability to provide me with the perfect work/life balance. From the first day on the job I was fully supported by the CFO and the CEO along with the rest of the team. Working with the staff has been a great asset as everyone is very welcoming and brings support where needed,

Been with The Shepherd Group for 4 plus years now. When I was new, there was ample support and help from my co workers and management to help me settle in the new role. There was ample internal and external training and guidance available to me to ease my transition. The management has a open door policy, listens and allows employees to communicate. There are channels available within the organization to share  one views anonymously too. A typical day starts with a huddle in the morning to share good news, main items to tackle during the day and any challenges one may be facing work wise to achieve their daily work goals. The rest of the day is left open for one to plan independently. I have learned a few new skills in my work and able to manage my work load well.   

I have worked at The Shepherd Group for 5 months now and have had an incredible experience working here. I came in with no previous insurance experience and the team has prioritized my development and comfort as I learned the industry. I love how everyone is close knit and works hard together to provide great service to our clients. We have recently moved to a new location and to say this place has everything is an understatement. A full gym facility, plus a kitchen / lounge to eat lunch and interact with the team as well as a separate space to host meetings or take calls if you need somewhere a little quieter to work.  

I have been working with The Shepherd Group for just over 3 years as an Insurance Advisor and it has been a wonderful experience.  From the fantastic workplace culture that has been cultivated by the Management Team, who constantly encourage you, helping you to grow as an individual and as an employee, to the wonderful colleagues who have become friends, this organization rocks!   At The Shepherd Group you are given guidance, support and the tools to succeed in your role.  It doesn't get better than that.

Shepherd group is good opportunity for a job seekers. This company provides there employees job security & other all facilities. Every year they insure salary increments & promotions. Shepherd group provided there employees living room, kitchen room, wash room & cooking costs.  Shepherd group all products are very good for a customer.

I've had a wonderful experience while working at The Shepherd Group.

The Shepherd Group is a great place to work and a great professional work environment to be part of. It's very rewarding helping clients protect their personal and business assets and making sure they're properly covered in case of a claim. We're a tight knit group and we all work very well with each other. 

Due to a management change, earlier this year  - the environment no longer was a good fit for me.
