No benefits, no job security and no guaranteed  working hours for part-timers.Part timers are hired only when existing employees leave for long holidays, or as per existing employees willingness to work or not during winter season or other seasons.Bottom line, existing employees fulfill all schedules and rule the hours of work, no need of part-timers.

I was responsible for registering guests, posting charges upon their departure, and printing various reports including the main audit.

Unfortunately, I was unable to continue with my appointed duties since my mother was stricken with a severe form of Alzheimer's disease, and passed away in August of 2004. This the reason why my employment was very brief.

The company is based out of Montreal and only cares about the Quebec properties. As I worked outside of Quebec, they had unreal expectations and didn't understand the market. 
This company believes in hiring back fired employees and making them GM as well (no experience needed I guess). By far the worst company I have ever worked for

Management asks you to do just one job and are pressuring.
The atmosphere is really old-school and just boss oriented.
If you have opinions or ideas better to keep it for yourself. 
Worker are a bit skeptical and not OK with the general management of the Hotel.
