If you don't mind the outdoors, driving or being driven to the turfs (door-to-door). You fundraise for big charities but you learn sales and other life skills. Great workout and practice for the real world (you learn to be a people person). If you're able to achieve the minimum "sales" (donors found), the job keeps paying more and more because you become an asset to the charity and company. You obviously advance and lead your own team eventually which makes you more money if they also are succeeding. Once COVID is over, I think it'll be easier to achieve those targets I couldn't do. I was let go because bad luck on turf and not finding that minimum target in time. I would have stayed till dec-jan if I could just for the experience and the bonuses. 

Personally, it was really hard for me given my personality. I'm glad I'm no longer doing that but I'm also happy I stuck it out till the end. Left on good terms, but I understand that I just couldn't stay there and waste charity money. Worked there for 3 months or so.

My co-workers at Titan Advertising were amazing people with diverse backgrounds. My only hesitation in recommending this job is the fluctuating salary and stability of employment, which I am told is typical of a sales role. For anyone who is a natural salesman or has acquired sales skills in previous positions, this could be your opportunity to make a lot of money without having to have many credentials prior to employment.  A very fun and supportive work environment 

Honestly, this is a nice place to work because of the most welcoming and friendly people in the office. Here's the main things to know before applying:

1. It's a sales job and your wage fully depends on your production. and if you're low on your quota - you're fired. But if you're pretty good at sales - you can make more, that's also true.

2. Management is not awful, but it's definitely not good either. 

3. At most you just need to be lucky at this job. They tell you it's not true, but believe me - it is.

Fun, team environment with understanding management.  Gain experience in Customer Service, teamwork, and leadership.  

Expect to work afternoons and evenings, doing promotions at booths in the mall, events, and neighborhood canvassing.

Good earning potential, lot's of incentives for good fundraisers and room to grow and advance in the company - all while helping charities fundraise and save money on those expensive TV commercials.

Awesome team dynamic, daily training. A  great job for those in the advertising and sales industry. Flexible work schedules, and great management. This job has tons of advancement opportunities and bonuses and is a really fun place to work.

Don't be fooled by the word 'advertising' in their name. At the end of the day, they are a door to door sales company who barely train employees and expect them to perform after that. And if they fail to 'train' you, you end up getting bagged after a week.

Very fun place to work, great people and exciting vibe around the office. At times they try to cut corners with pay but be stern with them. It is door to door sales so you have to be able to take rejection.
