The best part of working at Tornado Global Hydrovacs is the incredibly collaborative and supportive culture. Everyone here is dedicated to helping each other succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on teamwork. I also appreciate the flexible work hours, which allow me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There was no best part. The place is toxic

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micromanagement favortism back stabbing 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic. Not a nice environment. Lots of tension and favouritism.  You are just a number

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful  management does not trust u to do your job


- stress- free daytime work environment
- I learnt to do carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Management are approachable and all friendly. You wont hesitate to approach and talk to them because they always smile and talk on your level.
- no harassment, no discrimination, friendly workers
- hardest part of the job is to wait for the time off when jobs are done lol!
- most enjoyable is working stress- free.

I can only speak about the paint dept, but it is a gong show, the constant threat of termination if you can't perform or put out unrealistic product in an environment filled with people who are constantly in training. Long days are even longer with the dredging threat of overtime to keep up with an un realistic schedule of product. Management is all over the place. High staff turn over

Great to work with some talented people and build awesome trucks.

New building, great facility, and state of the art tooling. 

The company offers compensative compensation, good benefits program and ongoing training.

The people are great to work with but management thinks that people are disposable and that is really sad we had a golf tournament and Christmas party and a free lunch 4 times a year

great company ok management needs to be a better management system and a better overall reporting system but otherwise it is a great company with an amazing reputation

Training terrible, worked hard and was appreciated for my work but then laid off for no good reason, owner of company is very nice , benefits are excellent, a bit of back stabbing in certain departments 

Horrible place to work at. Stabbed in the back multiple times. Management is only worried about themselves. Kids in charge of adults. Need I say more. 

a great place to work and learn make new friends enjoy time in a small community they pay decent  and people take a lot of pride in their work and it shows.
