This is the worst company ever. They have no direction, no structure and no work ethics in their company.   The interview was a joke and the hiring was done in less then a week. I clearly mentioned I was not in Vancouver at the time of recruitment and I can only move to vancouver after 3 months. They agreed and said they had no problem. But just after a month they pushed to move to vancouver and The EA kept saying you are needed in office, if that was the case why did they hire a remote person. Never given letter of employment, even after several requests . First time it was denied because I was remote and when I started working from office they kept pushing it by saying we will do next week. Was made to do 2 peoples job  and was paid for just one role. The work is very stressful and most unorganized. 
I used to get nightmares during my time here. The best decision I had taken was to leave this company. This organization doesn't worth your time and loyalty. They do not trust their employees, they do not value their employees and they do not care for their employees. 
DO NOT join this organisation and waste your time. They do not deserve you. 

The company has a very friendly atmosphere, no one actually checks your time in / out, it is all based on trust. We always start our mornings with fresh coffee, then we organize our day which is followed by the staff meeting. The rest of the day belongs to you, site visits, zoom meetings, shop drawings review. Every day we learn something new, we always try to push the limits to achieve the best result, everyone is result-oriented. The Boss likes everything organized and to the point. The hardest part of the job is the amount of work which never ends :-) People say to be busy is Good! I really enjoy our corporate parties and people who work with me, I feel I can trust them, I can talk to them about my personal stuff and they are just nice people.

Total Facade was a great company to work in.  Fully stocked kitchen, high-end office with a downtown view, easy to understand and manage tasks thanks to online software the company used, Monday to Friday, no overtime, company provided lunch from time to time. The boss was easy when I requested time off a couple of times. 

Hate saying that, but this review is not about friendship but being professional in what you do, my co-workers were lazy and not professional enough to meet their deadlines and run their duties in full scale, as a Project Manager I was responsible for the entire project to be on time in budget, the hardest part was to chase my colleagues to get them to finish their job. sucks... The boss was tough but professional and all he said he got done and delivered, respect for that. Left the company as they mainly do business in the US nowadays and I miss visiting the jobsites. 

If your resume has ability to work over pressure, stress, multitasking and learning with no management, you are the perfect fit for the company. They don’t teach you anything about the scope, but they will charge you for more than you were hired for. Projects are delivered 100% delayed, the boss relationship with clients and employees is extremely poor. You never know if it will be your last day at company and if someone is fired, just wait for his load with no better wage for hard work. They don’t trust on their employees, you need to work 24/7 and they track all your activities on their system, asking for 100% of workable hours logged on the system with proofs and they hire a person just to check if this is being done. Pressure over pressure, people coming and going all the time, a nightmare.

The worst company to work with. The boss is the highly incompetent. The work place is stressful, they make you do 2 peoples job and pay less than the market. No one really wants to stay in this stressful company for a longer time. I have seen so many people leave in a span of weeks. Its a small family business where the policy is "either my way or highway" . 
Don't join this company unless you are too needy  . There are no background checks , no reference checks before hiring. The boss says they trust their employees but that's the last thing they do. The do not conduct any checks because they are in need new employees always as no one like to work here. They do not care about their employees.  

If you want to join a company where you would like to be thrown under the bus please go ahead and be a part of Total facade solutions. This workplace showcases "How to identify a dysfunctional office" , they have all the ingredients that a poor and toxic workplace should have. It is a circus and when you join this company you also get the chaos, unrealistic expectations, extremely poor leadership as additional benefits. If you fail to clean the mess that has been created by the  management and previous team members you are a non-performer. The only solution they have for an employee is to "Fire" them. 

Stay away as much as you can from this mess. 

I am a current employee as a project manager and I have been working with this company for the last three years, I like the team, the atmosphere and I enjoy the company events we had a year ago. 
Unfortunately we have not had much of those during pandemic. 
I learn a lot working on the construction project and thanks full the opportunity I'm given to supply high quality product and gain experience on the multiple construction sites. 
This company is not for everyone,  it requires you to take responsibility. 

lots of promises and opportunities during the hiring process and in reality -extremely high level of stress, unsafe work, longer hours, low moral. High employee turnover - 2-3 weeks maximum-due to extreme bad upper management.

Extreme stressful working environment. Training is minimal and the boss expected me to take over all projects without supervision on day 2. This is a small company of 10 employees, but the rotation can be 7-8 per month. There is no one works longer than 2 years there. The fact is most employees there are fairly new since the boss keep terminating people. 

The perfect place if you wanna learn as a team. If you are a person that like to be challenged this is the place for you. Since I started work at TFS I saw how my professional profile improved. Company Loyal to the customer and manager with open communication with the team.
