I worked for this company for a little over a year and was "let go" (laid off) for no apparent reason. They stated it was due to shortage of work however, there were active sites and employees that were hired after I was that were kept on board while I was let go. There was an abundance of politics within the Customer Care Department and all of the managers were very shady characters. I poured my life into that company and worked my butt off to only be slapped in the face and treated like I was easily expendable. I also had an issue while working for Tridel with another employee who literally did nothing. While he was there, I was left to pick up his slack and forced to stay late and come in early in order to get the assigned tasks completed because he wasn't doing his job. needless to say he ended up getting a promotion because he was a manipulative smooth talker that could dance his way around any of the shady managers. He then later quit and is now working for PCL. Funny how this world works. I would not recommend Tridel as an employer for anyone looking to get into this field, not in the Customer Care Department anyways. 

The does not have proper management to lead teams, lack of opportunities to grow, salary increases are about 1-2%, women don’t get the same opportunities as men and the overall atmosphere in the company is just bad throughout. I would not recommend joining. No performance reviews either

I started with Tridel in 2025 and very quickly I realized that I made the right choice in joining the team. 

The leadership team is highly supportive and offer growth opportunities within the Tridel Group of Companies to employees of all levels. 

The company truly invests their time into their people and provide a healthy work life balance, offering competitive benefits and time off. 

In my two years at Del rentals now I have learned from the best, My managers always encourage teamwork, and it's the first company that allows the employees to reconnect and take time off from work and rest.

The managers are always reachable when I feel overwhelmed 



As an employee, you are happy to go to work each morning. The co-workers are friendly and the managers are always willing to help out and step in when needed. They never hesitate to answer any questions/concerns you may have. This job requires a lot of organizational and communication skills. You are dealing with homeowner concerns and need make sure they are always satisfied.

The culture of this company still follows is that of many years ago where employees must abide to the rules that the manager sits out the managers are not empathetic in any form, and everyone in the company just wants to get on top of the other careerwise.  

I do not recommend this company unless you’re into being a doormat. Also, the rules will never be the same for two people it’s favoritism.

everything has to be scheduled and based on a routine calendar which is not good sometimes. very good opportunity to learn-you work with small teams-the hard part is no protocol and grey areas in terms of dealing with customers and their unrealistic expectations!..friendly work environment with a lot of politics involved

Everyone in the office, from colleagues to managers to VP's, are always willing to help and to make sure everyone is getting the best work experience possible.

Everyone is very supportive and it’s always a great feeling working for this group. Very friendly and positive environment. Really loving it so far since this is the industry that I always want to be in and there is nobody in the Condo industry even close to what DCR manages in GTA, so always a learning experience working for the industry  leader.

My job was kind of made up from Hullmark Corporate Centre but I was employed under Tridel. It was originally the security's job to supervise residents moving in or out but the management decided to make a whole separate position for it where I came in. I was rarely paid on time and management was very disorganized.
