I have worked at Triple J Contacting for over a year and have already found myself being promoted and moved into a new position based on my skill set and strengths. Triple J has been a great company to work and has been very supportive of me as a new employee. I have been given ample training and shown all their standard operating procedures so that I am aware of the companies policies and procedures.  Starting as a project coordinator and recently moving into a project/sales manager role has shown me that the sky is the limit with Triple J. 

They have a great staff and culture where we all communicate on a daily basis through a company app where we can share work related or personal stories which is a nice touch!  

Lastly there work and commitment to support local business through the pandemic is something I am proud to be a part of. By supplying PPE and disinfectant services, Triple J has been able to support a variety of local businesses such as, hospitals, dental offices, long term care facilities and schools.

There strict COVID-19 policies and procedures have allowed me to attend work regularly and feel safe in my surrounding.

With operations over 20 years in the field, Triple J is a leader in their industry with a strong team environment, strict health & safety policies that are adhered to as daily practices, safe & reliable working equipment, extensive job training for all employees, excellent managerial communication and flexibility for personnel to move within the company as they progress in training and acquire additional skills in the workplace.

I worked for triple j for about a year, granted I did learn a few things however the treent of the staff was a joke, a massive lack of communication and management, treated me as a slave, I busted my backside for them, suffered a massive concussion but still worked, to top it off they terminated my position from within the company two days before my son was born only to bring it back two weeks later. They are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever met.

I've been with Triple J for nearly 5 years. They are a great company who care deeply for their employees. We are thoroughly trained on every piece of equipment and they have no problem investing in courses for their employees.  

I highly recommend Triple J Contracting as a company where you can excel, feel valued and earn a great income!

Have a great time while I was employed I found they hire to many people with no experience and the ones they hired were not working very hard, overall was a good company to work for got alot of experience and was glad for the opportunity as I learned many new skills

Learn a lot about this trade moved up fast in the positions got to learn how to use heavy equipment learned how to interlock lay Brick plow snow cut trim grass fix lawn riders overall was an amazing learning experience

They do NOT care about the employees, all they care about is not having accidents so their insurance premiums don’t go up, they hire more temps with no experience so they pay cheap and can get rid of them with a phone call
