Working for Triumph Traffic was one of the best companies I’ve worked for. I got my own truck that is a huge bonus because a lot of companies will ask you to bring your bring the truck back to their yard every night even if it was a 3 Hour Dr. those days to get to you had a lot of our drivers had a drivers license but didn’t have a car to get to work so they trust their employees, and no one has taken advantage of it and other companies I’ve seen it I’ve heard it if it’s bad out there companies are risking a lot of lotta money on getting someone a truck if they don’t know them that well I hope this helps you out with triupuh traffic 






I lived working at Triumph. The owner is great. she was also my instructor for my ticket.  Easy advancement when qualified, very nice Christmas party with year end awards. Equipment is easily accessible, newer trucks for lane techs
 Never had an issue with pay, pay is decent. Ask for what you are worth. More experience more pay, but even basic pay is decent. I miss working there and if I ever moved back I would definitely head straight there.

The office staff don't care about any of your concerns. You need more equipment? They don't care. You have a safety concern? Keep it to yourself or else they'll reduce your hours. If you're one of their 'favorites' you can smash up your truck and they wont bat an eyelash. If you're just on the list and you loose a cone they'll try to deduct it from your pay. (They wont tell you but they'll short you a couple hours) Owner will give you false promises and then she will just say she cant right now but she will do it later. Keep all texts and emails for future incase you have to take them to court.

Never being able to plan things or if life happened get in trouble if I needed time off and I had short notice

It was ok got to make some friends whom I stay in touch with still

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always up in the air never knowing if I was working or not

It's a growing company and if you show dedication, they show appreciation in any way possible. The staff is absolutely wonderful in the office and work with you on what you'd need. Considering its a 24/7 call out service, they work with you if you need days off for doctors or whatever. I worked for triumph for over 8 years, only to leave north for my husbands career. I never would have left!

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for..Do not work here, gossipy, unprofessional. 
Office staff leaves somethingsto be desired. If you say anything to office worker be assured everyone will know within 30 mins.
Most field level staff friendly. 

Dispatch hours are very late (until 8oclock) and you have to be up at 5AM the next day. Dispatch hours are too late and the pay is bad. Management needs to learn how to manage people properly because the disrespect is disgusting. Pay is not good. Dispatch cutoff needs to be before 5PM, at most. Go work elsewhere because this company is bad. 

This company is top heavy with Management staff that doesn't know what they are doing. The owner is money hungry and does not care about the staff just how much she can make off them. Beware: if you damage a company vehicle through no fault of your own they take it off your paycheck.

Owner is a narcissist.   Only cares about herself and her pocketbook 
Little to no safety plans.  
Get hurt on the job? It’s your fault 
Owner makes a lot of false promises and never follows through.   
She has lost many major projects for telling off the project managers
