It has provided me with valuable hands-on experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), allowing me to develop my skills in a supportive environment. One of the best aspects of working at UPI is the positive, supportive environment. Management is approachable, understanding of your situation and there is a strong sense of teamwork at all levels. A great place to work , great team building skills from the CEO to the manager they are good. Great team, they alway look at for you and they understand and respect and appreciate you. The CEO his very friendly guy very humble at all times. You choose when you want to work without any issues you go on vacation anytime you want. The  teamwork is top notch and very professional at all levels. 

A typical day at work will be like doing personal care, hygiene, medication administration, laundry, beddings, cleaning the house, taking client for appointments and community involvement and meal prep.

The people l support and the staff l work with are exceptionally good. Working with UPI staffing always make me feel loved and happy. You work with intellectual staff, the Working environment is always good. 

I'm currently working with UPI staff. They have a great work culture and ethics. Always ready to support and motivate staff.

Upi staffing schedule me for my comfortable shift so i can have a proper work life balance.

One of the best places I've worked. Kind and compassionate, the management was always supportive of their staff. Being a staffing agency, as an employee you can gain different and meaningful experience, great training, and you can work flexible hours. 

Flexible and friendly employers, great option for someone working full time seeking casual work. They are always very accommodating if changes need to be made to schedule.
