As a current employee at Valsoft for the past year, I can say with certainty that the company has a great atmosphere and culture. Valsoft’s CEO and VP are extremely approachable and open minded, always willing to listen to your ideas and opinions. Coworkers are friendly and respectful and will offer assistance whenever necessary. There is a lot of room to grow and be challenged at Valsoft. I have really enjoyed my experience here so far and look forward to continuing with this growing company.

With the current culture that management has been cultivating, Valsoft is easily the best employer I have come to know. The company is extremely resourceful and hires the best of the best without compromising "fit". That being said, you'll find yourself surrounded by like-minded colleagues that encourage growth and will support you through any of the projects you decide to embark on.

The environment is young, energetic, and fast paced which enables anyone to step up and contribute in ways they couldn't at a more rigid organization. You'll be involved in important work from day one and gain an enormous amount of experience in a short period of time.

I joined Valsoft to be part of a growing Montreal-based company and it's turned out to be the best career decision i've made thus far. There's an unparalleled sense of drive at the company and strong cohesiveness amongst the team. Looking forward to being part of what will be an incredible story.

They buy companies and financially pressure them so that they end up laying off people. Top management only cares about numbers and nothing else. Beware of selling your company to them you might just ruin a good thing
