Viral Nation is a company that takes advantage of New Grads. 

A company with an extremely unhealthy work environment, you'll be severely underpaid, undervalued, and overworked. They do not provide the opportunity for growth, despite their promises otherwise. 

The company hierarchy is full of butthurt egos, never open to suggestions and development as they would rather have a high turnover rate than retain loyal and passionate employees simply asking for civil wages and working hours. They have lost, and continue to lose, key employees that have put the company in the position it is now. 

The work is meaningless as most projects are given up on with approaching deadlines, and simplified. 

They have a "customer is always right" mentality that is extremely taxing on the way you do your work, as communication is needed from both parties to run a successful campaign. But if you get no communication from the client, it's your fault.

Your work is worth more than this and you can find a better job elsewhere.

Work-life balance is not important to Viral Nation and it seems neither are their people. From one of my first meetings I heard from senior team members who were mocking former employees that they had just previously fired. In the same breath, they were welcoming me on my first day and telling me how wonderful VN is. This should have been a huge red flag from the get-go. 

From there, you are expected to work late (normal) but also be available on work chat on evenings and weekends until sometimes 11 or 12 at night (and this was regular.) I was eventually let go because I needed work life balance and they wanted to find someone that didn't care about that and was willing to work 7 days a week.

No matter how hard it is to find a job right now, I'd highly caution anyone from joining this team.

Viral Nation is a small but fast growing company. As a result of their size, it is a tight-knit group, which I was drawn to. The pace of work is relaxed, but expectations are clear and management have high standards. I have autonomy in what I do, and management is very open to new suggestions to improve and advance the company. I'm really enjoying my time at Viral Nation, as it is the perfect mix for me of both challenging work with a supportive environment. Pay is a little low but this is to be expected in a young company trying to grow.

If you value work-life balance, your weekends, your evenings, and your sanity, please don't' fall for this company. They will lure you with kind words, with a high salary and with the promise of challenges. What you'll soon discover is that this company thrives on favoritism, on children leading and on popularity. If you can get on everyone's good side, life will be swell. If you have an opinion contrary to your manager's, life will soon get rough. This is the definition of cliquey.


Viral Nation has a very good culture going on within the company, I feel most of the people are genuinely having a great time working here and being respected as a professional . A lot of the members are quite young, but still showing great maturity and professionalism. The team treat you like a family and yet keep good professional boundaries, which is something often lacking in many other agencies out there. 
The team is highly motivated and everyone has a voice in the company.

When working at Viral Nation, you feel like family, rather than just another employee. Viral Nation's work culture is one for many companies to model. VN has provided me avenues for personal and career development where everyday I'm constantly learning more and more. The senior management is not only excellent at their jobs, but show a level of emotional intelligence and care that truly motivates me.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Zero job security, unrealistic expectations for the agents due to upper management thinking VN is a more prominent company than they are, dog eat dog culture

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible. Very competitive and everyone is on edge.

This was a wonderful place to start my first fulltime job! I've have learned so much in a small time and progressed my knowledge of accounting much more than in a classroom. Everyone in the office is full of energy and work together to reach a common goal. It's a lot of work, but extremely rewarding!!!

This is a very good and friendly company. This Company give me more support and suggestion and also guideline. They can understand me and my work facilities they are very helpful.
