International exposure which means opening up ones horizons beyond the local economy and looking at the bigger picture

Too many adhoc asks which don’t talk to each other

Depends on the location, but it’s the people who make the difference (positive or negative)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get on with fire fighting. There will always be something to add to your experience or drain it

As an Intern, i was introduced to all of the positions in the company. I personally worked in the public relations team. Being part of this team allowed me to feel how a second family would feel like; working together to achieve the same goal while motivation one and the other to achieve the best. 
The mangers were all very friendly, and were beyond helpful when it came to training and tasks.
I would defiantly work there again in a heart beat.

VISA is a fantastic company to work for but their growth is rapid, and transformation projects are rushed as such weighing down on senior leadership. Poor management of all individuals and no continuous initiatives. Employees promoted from entry level upwards with no/little knowledge of how to actually do their roles. Poor decision making.

Responsibilities are segregated among many teams.

Good work environment and good culture.

The company has been constantly doing well on a year on year basis. Work Life balance may get distorted at specific times. HR culture is extremely good. Learning is encouraged. Opportunities for vertical as well as Horizontal growth is plenty.

Extremely team orientated company with an exceptional management level. Supervisors and peers were supportive in every way! Training and advancement was highly encouraged. Great place to work!

Worked in various teams in Visa. My first team and manager were amazing and I loved it there. Work culture is definitely better in some locations than others. Work is challenging is most teams. A lot of fun activities

The pay is a bit lower than the average for the industry but makes it up with great benefits.

The co-workers are great to work with and knowledgeable. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is the high visibility to the banking  institutions.

Fast paced and exciting workplace and enabling environment. 
Collaborating high among functions however with high bureaucracy. Leadership team invested in staff growth. Pay not commensurate to work.
