Webrunner is an outstanding company. I would give them 10 stars if I were able to. The job has an amazing work/life balance, management is always willing to teach you & help, the culture is that of a very close-knit family, salary is very competitive and there is so much room for advancement within the company. Working remote is also one of the great advantages of working here + the dress code is very casual which is another added bonus. I can't say enough good things about working here. Webrunner does everything right!

Started working at Webrunner in early Fall 2021. Greatest career choice ever made. Everyone is just a click or video call away if you're having trouble with a project or task. Working in an agency setting comes with its ups and downs. Every client is different, but with time you get a better understanding of each of them and the industry.
Upper management makes you feel a sense of inclusion in different projects you may be working on and are always open to new suggestions.

Webrunner is an amazing place to work with a fantastic work-life balance. Management is supportive and never micro-manages, allowing you the freedom to manage your own workload as long as you meet deadlines. The employer group benefits are great, and their contribution to RRSPs is always appreciated. Everyone on the team is fun to work with, and the company organizes both virtual and onsite events, which make it feel like a team.
