I have  learned to excel as  a technician. This company allows for extensive teaching and learning opportunities that simply isn't typical for this type of work. Anyone who choses to work at Welldone learns to not only be an master technician but to be a leader. Those who choose to leave are always the "best tech" at their new company and this is a direct result of the systems and structures in place at this company. There is a company pride to have done it the Welldone way.

As a career tradesman my job had become repetitive and stagnant.  Welldone allowed me to expand my skill set and trained me across multiple trades.  They were very supportive of the learning process, regularly send me to paid training and compensate me fairly as I aqquire new skills.  I really enjoy the culture here as well as all of the new avenues provided to me to further my career.

Welldone has great technicians and office members who care about doing the right thing for the customer and each other. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and are always there to help when it's needed. Technicians are highly qualified and are given the opportunity to work on and learn different trades and different skill sets.

The jokes and sarcasm in the morning are a reminder that work can be enjoyable and inspiring. I have grown as person and learned to collaborate with others in new ways, ensuring that we provide the best service to customer and staff through effective communication.

Interview process and hiring process was dragged out over months. Multiple interviews with different levels  of leadership, all of which had a different idea of what the job role was. The job itself was fine, but it's only a matter of time before poor leadership (Starting with the president) flows into what should be an easy enough position. Unbelievable amounts of turnover at the head office location. Avoid.

Great professional and personal development opportunities. A feeling that you are always doing what's best for the customer. Higher priced services than most competitors but the value more than males up for it.

Ever-changing work activities, and never get bored. 
if you want to learn lots and fast this is the great place for you. constant friendly challenge from your peers, management and customers, with consistent support and lots of inhouse training, will allow anyone whos interested to grow solid and fast.
