I didn’t enjoy working here. Office is depressing and everyone there looks miserable. Pay is a joke for the workload you get. One coworker told me they had to take time on the weekend to catch up. It's also definitely a toxic work environment. One time I even overheard my supervisor and another coworker gossiping about me. I had a couple of other new people make comments about how they noticed that my supervisor would speak rudely to me. On top of that no one came to me when I made a mistake. I had to find out through someone else. One time a property manager made a typo in a budget and I got in trouble even though I did it correctly as to how it was printed. I would recommend getting the people there to train new people better instead of gossiping about them.

Wilson Blanchard overall is a good company to work for.  The office culture really needs some work, as other managers are so focused on what other people are doing it creates a toxic environment.
The pay scale is hard to adjust to, as it is based on the number of communities you manage, and there is no base.  So years down the road, you could end up working for less than what you started for.
The most difficult part of the job is the evening meetings, they take away from the home life.
There should be more flexibility on being able to work from home, especially after being out late with business the night prior.  There is no additional wage for working a 15 hour day, and it can be exhausting. Although Wilson Blanchard does strive to push their employees not to work after 5pm on a Friday and over the weekends,  sometimes that is not possible.

This company's management structure is a complete joke. Nothing is organized. Superiors expect way too much from you, there's not enough time in the day to complete the tasks assigned. Pay is laughably low, benefits are at a cost to the employee and are lacking. Office is run down and depressing, and everyone who works there is miserable. One very toxic individual can make your life dismal should you have the misfortune of working closely with them. Work culture breeds a horrible attitude towards condo residents, management doesn't care about the real issues people are experiencing in their own homes. What an absolute cesspool of negativity. 

Wilson Blanchard offers ample opportunities to learn and grow while working on the field, especially to new and inexperienced team members. 
Wilson Blanchard provides support for their employees with learning resources, and seminars They hold employee events where WB employees can connect with each to other share experiences and bond as a global Team.  
Its a great team environment severing the same cause, THUMBS UP!!!!
 

A typical day is a relentless cycle of micromanagement and fires to put out, where I’ve learned that "accountability" is just a buzzword for shifting blame. The workplace culture is a toxic blend of corporate apathy and constant surveillance, leaving the hardest part of the job, dealing with emergencies, to be faced entirely alone. In an environment this draining, the only truly enjoyable part of the day is the moment I finally clock out and leave the building behind.

The learning never ends in this industry, additional learning provided during working hours - BONUS!!!
The challenges of managing projects, people and tasks keeps the job interesting, busy and sometimes stressful.  What career does not have these components.
Support and knowledge in the office is great, helpful for new people
Overall great place since the change in my career, some pretty great people in the office, flexibility can also be great when I a pinch

Paid licensing courses,  paid company events and conferences.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No support, overworked, no one on one training. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You are either in or you are out. It has a very "drink the kool aid" vibe

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constantly put in high stress and legal situations with very little training and guidance.

A typical day was assisting the management staff in any way possible. I learned administrative roles and responsibilities and organizations skills. Management was very helpful and always provided assistance. The hardest part of the job was having to give difficult news to owners it situations where they required support. The most enjoyable part was helping to resolve those situations.

Good company to work for when it was smaller. As the company grew, so did the politics. If your dream career wasn't property management,  they were not supportive of your choices. Still grateful for my time there and the friends I made! They had a great social aspect and always did special things to pick up morale.  Would recommend overall. 

WB was a great family oriented company with great work life balance to some degree. Although as a property manager you have to expect late hours at times.
Pay is based on portfolio and if you lose a property you lose salary.
Benefits are at a cost to the employee but are decent.
Good team building functions and flexibility.
