a typical day begins with office routines and daily activity plans and review of previous activity. I have learned that all activities must be planned and executed effectively. this will help to accomplish the desired Goals of the organisation. the management team was organised and indeed working to achieve the organisations goals.
the workplace was organised and well balanced with work and family time balanced. this gives us time to be with our families and enjoyed working.
the hardest part of our time in work was travelling in to remote areas to meet targets and conditions of roads and transportation was a challenge.
meeting datelines and the learning experiences and time given by the organisation in capacity building and in house trainings.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There's opportunity to learn and develop my skills and knowledge in the area I'm currently engaged as  the GEDSI TECHNICAL LEAD

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part for me nor able to prioritize my work and get overwhelmed with additional tasks and responsibilities. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
My work environment is friendly and welcoming for new ideas and initiatives to improve in your areas of specificity. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
On an average will be say 5/6 being able to atheist complete 1 or 2 tasks fully. It can be full on at times but I always say if I prioritize my tasks properly, I can be able to complete it.

I worked as a fundraiser in different companies in Sydney but World Vision was the best. Firstly, I had co workers from differents parts of the world (in other companies I was working with White Australians only and in other one I was working with people from Islamic countries) but in World Vision is great to have people from different backgrounds. Also, WV talks always about its work as charity for the people. WV taught me about its campaigns and what are they doing to improve the quality of life of people. In other companies, everything is about money, money and money! Finally, the human quality of my managers was incredible. They are respectful and have clear boundaries.

Working for vulnerable child.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
All were very much excellent and friendly

World vision is an NGO which has a bigger vision more than any NGO in my opinion. World vision works for poor people basically for child and women. The NGO has its own method to help people for their better life. In our country (Bangladesh) maximum people do live with a very rare comfortable life. Maximum of the population are poor. They barely have to eat. I really enjoyed working here because i did work for the poor people what is my vision of life too.

Have the opportunity to interact with people at different levels being local, district or national levels. Helps to empower the community to voice out their concerns regarding service delivery. Helps them also to organise dialogues between ordinary citizens and government or power holders.

start at around 11pm at the office and practice pitching to people and play games to learn sales and tactics. leave the office around 2 pm with a map of a neighborhood and highlighted routes for your own territory. Go around the neighborhood door to door and get children from around the world get adopted through world vision and sick kids.

Being an intern for world vision was difficult as the pay was low and the work load, overwhelming. A lot was expected and the management  was extremely supportive but it seemed as if it was finances over people. We as interns were offered unique experiences in creating safe places for youth and providing education to youth around AB & SK.

Enjoyed working with a well organised, encouraging organisation in a vibrant and goals oriented atmosphere. Working at World Vision helped and empowered me to achieve my goals and encouraged me to pursue further studies.

Good work-life balance. Excellent supervisors. There is room for professional growth. Also room to plug into the industry and keep abreast of the new developments in the industry. There is room to express technical capabilities
