A typical day at Yumi Organics was chaotic, with unclear responsibilities and a lack of proper communication. After starting, I discovered that more tasks were expected of me than were originally stated, which created a stressful atmosphere.. This felt like a bait-and-switch. When I raised concerns, it led to a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. Management lacked transparency and trust, creating a chaotic work environment. The office itself was dark, filthy, and filled with flies, which only added to the overall discomfort . The workplace culture was toxic, with employees visibly unhappy and overworked. The office itself was poorly maintained, and the overall mood was negative. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the unrealistic expectations and lack of support. The most enjoyable part was leaving each day, as the entire environment felt unprofessional and disorganized from day two. The initial excitement quickly faded into disappointment due to the office's negative atmosphere and poor leadership. There was very little that was enjoyable, apart from the initial excitement of getting the job offer. It quickly turned into a disappointing experience.
