The people you work with are fantastic! Different people from all over the world and different ages that work hard and well together. Then comes the management... If they do not like you they will go out of your way to fire you. I mean out really of their way anything you do wrong i mean anything will be documented and used against you to increase your file. No warnings  no coaching on how you can improve your flaws, skills or refreshers so you can be up to date.Nope they will just right you up or suspended you for a few days.I don't know who is worse the main boss who is almost never there maybe twice a week and when she is there she stays in her office barely speaks to her team. Or her loyal pet supervisor that carries out her dirty work who is so two faced its unbearable. He has no intention of helping you advance either.

Bottom line the job has plenty of work and their is alot of skills to learn and the people are great. The management just make it a hostile work environment to be honest .  Stay way.

This is a company managed very poorly, with no room for growth. You will be asked to not only answer calls but emails as well which is most likely not listed in the job description. You will work with several clients and are expected to remember procedures perfectly. If by any chance you are going through a mental or emotional hardship you can trust them to make it even worse. Management behaves like a teen movie mean girl clique, so beware of having them on you social media, because they will be watching your every move like some stalkers. They will require a doctor’s note for every single thing since they rather you die than miss a day of work. Overall a very stressful place to work in, but on the bright side, your work colleagues are all going through that with you and will make the days a little less tense.

"The most rewarding aspect of working in a call center is the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of individuals daily. the constant learning contribute to my professional growth.

Dealing with a continuous stream of customer inquiries, sometimes involving complex issues or irate customers, can be mentally demanding.managing customer concerns without direct control over external factors can contribute to emotional fatigue.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company cultural is traditional and hierarchical. very stricted.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
very, very busy. All time demanding. Calls after call.

The job overall is easy but the management is not fair, they do what they want, make it all complicated and step on the feet of the weaker, the calls pickers. The supervisors don’t solve any issues but they want YOU to solve them as they’re busy talking behind everyone’s back. There’s a competition board where they put stars on agents faces and bully those that do not achieve their goals. If the QA queen does not like you then you’ll have a bad time there. If you wanna work there, do not talk to anyone, just mind your thing do your job and have a strong passion for submission. Toxic environment. Management needs more gender equality.

Some cardholders were a bit rude, especially those from  the U.S.A.

Pretty relax, the co-workers were friendly, really nice environment to work, the supervisors and the management were always open to talk about any problem, such as changing schedules and such.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Receiving calls. Checking for updates about the clients.

This place has a good environment. There is support and supervisors are supportive and accommodating.  It is a language call center so there is Spanish and Portuguese speakers, everyone is mainly new to Canada and they are so nice and helpful. The salaries is higher then the average call center right now.  If you speak more languages you get more.  There are good benefits too and a really good RRSP.  There are no sales, just customer service, so if you like helping people this is a good place to be.

A typical day involves about 45 4:30 calls, resulting in a lot of time to connect with coworkers between. There are floods of emails to keep up with and respond to, so dedicated workers can shine. The work place provides snacks and tries to encourage and grow employees more than criticize.
The biggest challenge to this job is the constant requirement for flexibility of schedule and working night hours.

The company is very good, I learned a lot there, I made friends and I also had a lot of fun working there.
Every job is going to be stressful at some point, like customer service of course, some days you're going to feel bad about it, which is normal.
Supervisors and the team have always been helpful and understanding with me, nothing to complain about.
I had a really bad personal moment and they understood me and I really appreciate that.

Answer around 50 calls to satisfied clients needs

I2C is the isolated Montreal branch of a company from Pakistan. It offers no opportunities for advancement and no raises, and it does not matter how many years you work for them. Management is totally limited.
