I've worked at iTel Networks for the last 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. 

Leadership is very inclusive and quick to recognize individual achievements. I have never felt like I was doing too much and not getting recognized. At iTel, if you give the company your truest and earnest hard work - you will be rewarded with the opportunity to advance your career. 

The company also invests in self-development activities with the intention of learning about each of its employees' strengths and weaknesses - and ensuring that their role captures that. 

Work hours are flexible, meaning no one is going to micro manage what you do. The important thing is putting in the work and getting your job done. I feel like the leadership team is very understanding of personal life and will work with you. 

The hardest part of the job may be the inefficiencies with some of the processes, however, I know for a fact that can be said about any company. At least iTel is proactive in its approach to remove bottlenecks and increase productivity. 

Overall I have enjoyed the hands-on learning experience. I truly feel like I am part of something bigger than just coming to work and clocking out - the leaders in the organization are not afraid to get their hands dirty (metaphorically) which creates a work place culture that embraces solving problems as a team

iTel is a fantastic company to work for.  I had started working here in 2016 and had very little telecom knowledge and experience.  I had other many other skills that I brought to the table and they had recognised that.

They were patient and kind and helped me learn and ramp up quickly.  In terms of income potential, it had grown significantly year over year.  Why?  There are so many ways iTel helps our customers grow and prosper in terms of products and services we offer, that it does separate us from other Internet Service Providers.

Sure there are goals and objectives to hit- every sales job has that.  But what gives me the advantage is what we offer and how we help customers improve their businesses, with solutions others can't or won't offer.  I know because of this portfolio of service offerings, partnerships and products we offer, has allowed us to grow exponentially- and with that comes income growth potential, not just in sales, but for every position in each department.

I am still working here, years later, and still learning, and still growing and still loving every minute of it!


iTel makes it easy to work from home, giving its employees great work/life balance. 

They make a big effort to use collaboration tools in interesting and engaging ways so that you can still feel a sense of community at work and get to know your co-workers! 

The CEO is passionate about making the company as great as it can be and providing a high level of service to customers. From the top down is a culture of collaboration and a fairly flat hierarchy. Providing team members with a chance to have their voice heard and impact this organization as it continues to grow and expand.

Leaders and teammates really care about each other here. It's small so you can wear a lot of different hats – but you won't be bored! You'll always be learning and working on a variety of things. This is a place where taking the initiative and creative problem-solving are rewarded.  If you like rigid structure and high formality – this place isn't for you. 
As a high-growth company, there's lots of opportunity for advancement.  I've had more promotions and raises here than all my other jobs combined!
Leadership is generally great. The CEO leads by example for the "all hands on deck" approach to getting things done – nothing is "beneath" them!

iTel has a really unique culture that offers a lot of growth and fulfillment in your job. I love being able to work remotely while still connecting with team members through Google chat and video meetings. I have found that coworkers are always willing to help each other and the working environment is a positive one overall.

I am given a lot of opportunity to make decisions based on my own knowledge and experience, and I feel very supported by management. I have been encouraged to both improve my own work as well as to continually learn and grow my expertise. iTel has also allowed myself and members of my team the opportunity to find our niche and hone in on our individual skill sets. I feel a sense of accomplishment in my work with iTel.

You will learn a lot about the whole Telecommunication industry in a very short time. The great thing about working here is the variety of learning that is gained from projects in Canada but also across continental North America and all the various service portals and carriers you have exposure  with. The best thing about working here is working and close collaboration  with high level contacts like CEO, COO VP, CTO, and Project Managers with large enterprises that are industry leaders. The networking opportunities are tremendous!     

Telecom is an industry where you never stop learning. The work-life balance that iTel offers is second to none with being able to work remotely and have flexible hours but still have time for the fun little events that make us a team. It's a very collaborative atmosphere and feedback is taken seriously. It's a growing organization so there's always lots of priorities and never a dull moment.

I've worked at iTel for the better part of a decade and I can wholeheartedly recommend iTel as an employer. 

As a primarily WFH company, a typical day means logging into out virtual office in the morning where you can socialize with your team and ask questions from other departments. 

For dealing with external clients, lots of email and phone calls. 

iTel is a big proponent of video calls, so be prepared to be on camera a lot. 



Expect to work hard doing challenging problem solving, then maybe play video games or catch a movie with your coworkers.  We do telecom and internet services for businesses, and learn new things every single day.

Great product stack that is competitive in the marketplace.  Culture is very family-oriented with a true passion for individual and company excellence.
