As a Cashier, you will provide friendly and efficient service while creating a positive shopping experience for every customer. You’ll accurately process transactions, assist customers with their purchases, and contribute to a welcoming and organized front end.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Accurately processing cash, debit, credit, gift card, and other transactions.
- Bagging groceries and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
- Following company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Working collaboratively with the Front End team.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
