Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator who must be knowledgeable with Mozaik Programming to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and will be responsible for producing precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Duties

Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to manufacture components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
Utilize CAD software, Mozaik, for programming and design modifications.
Perform CNC programming and setup, including the use of Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers.
Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts.
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members in assembly processes and packaging of finished products.
Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials in the warehouse environment.

Skills

Proficient in CNC programming and operation, with experience in CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
Familiarity with welding techniques and mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and machining principles.
Experience using hand tools, basic math skills for measurements, and quality control practices.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with forklift operation skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly techniques and packaging requirements.
