Qualifications
- AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma
- Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Education Certificate
- Experience working with children in a Montessori classroom setting is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer operation and basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide children positively through their learning journey.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities for infants (0–18 months) in a carefully prepared environment
- Observe and assess children’s development and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children’s progress and classroom activities
- Maintain accurate records including attendance, assessments, and individualized learning plans
- Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth of the Montessori program
