Traffic Pro Services is urgently hiring Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) and Lane Control Technicians (LCTs) in the Duncan & Nanaimo area. Competitive Pay Rates
- TCP (new ticket holders): starting at $21.13/hr
- Experienced TCP: starting at $22.25/hr
- LCT: starting at $27.50/hr, increasing to $29.27+/hr after probation (based on performance)
Rates do not include vacation pay or statutory pay. No hidden deductions.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable personal vehicle (required for TCP positions)
- Ability to use a cell phone for communication, scheduling, and site coordination
- Availability Monday to Friday, with one weekend day per month
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
LCT Additional Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- Leadership on-site and ability to support TCP crews
