This role requires a hands‑on B2B sales leader with deep experience selling manufacturing, machining, automation, or engineered services.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to achieve short‑ and long‑term revenue targets
- Personally identify, pursue, and close new B2B business
- Secure RFQs, gather technical requirements, prepare detailed quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Deliver 2–3 anchor customers and build a repeatable, high‑quality sales pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and industry engagement
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks
- Evaluate existing and future product and service offerings to develop new sales channels
- Expand customer relationships across Canada, the USA, and select international markets
Account Management & Collaboration
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure sales commitments are realistic and deliverable
- Maintain regular internal communication to support on‑time, on‑budget project execution
Strategic Input & Brand Development
- Contribute to rebranding and market positioning initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns that directly support sales objectives
- Track sales activity, pipeline health, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Prepare sales performance reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
Required Skills & ExperienceRequired
- 8–10+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, machining, automation, tooling, or engineered services
- Proven ability to personally close complex, technical sales
- Strong understanding of quoting, margins, production constraints, and delivery risk
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle end‑to‑end

Preferred
- Education or professional background in mechanical, electrical, industrial, automation, or mechatronics engineering
- Experience selling to automotive, aerospace, defence, or other regulated industrial sectors
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
