Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in various installation techniques, including siding. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on various projects, from new construction to restoration, with meticulous attention to detail , safety, quality and above all customer satisfaction. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious and able to read drawings plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

Duties

Install gutter, down pipes, fascia wrap and soffit
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials
Perform tasks such as forming all types of corners, trimming and finishing.
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to avoid leaks.
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards
Follow all safety protocols related to construction and other specialized tasks

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation.
Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into physical work
Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and surfaces
Familiarity with restoration processes within a construction environment
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction settings
