Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commissioned Sales Agent/Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries. Fluency in French is a prerequisite for our Quebec market, and an asset in areas of Ontario and the Maritimes, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product or service opportunities

Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster loyalty and trust
Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving targets
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
Familiarity with technology sales, including technical products or services
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs
Must have vehicle and be able to legally work in Canada
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French (dependent on territory)
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for business growth
