Full job description

Job Title: Office Administrator & Sales Support Coordinator (WISP and FWA Antennas)
Location: Lethbridge Downtown, AB (100% On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 paid hours per day (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily, e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour + 0.8% Quarterly Team Sales Commission

About Us:
We are a specialized supplier of high-performance WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) antennas, FWA antennas, and hardware, managing a growing corporate client base across Canada and the United States. We operate as a streamlined, efficient 3-person team in Lethbridge. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and welcoming team player to handle our daily office operations, routine administrative tasks, and logistics/sales support. Because we are a close-knit team, we value someone with a strong sense of team spirit who is always ready to support colleagues without rigid boundaries.

Regulatory & Compliance Notice:
This position is bound by regulatory and compliance requirements with the Government of Alberta. To meet specific program criteria, this role is strictly limited to Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only. Applications from temporary residents, international students, or temporary work permit holders cannot be considered. Proof of status will be required upon hire.

Compensation & Structure:

Probation Period (First 2 Months): $24.00/hour.
Post-Probation: Increases to $26.00/hour upon successful 2-month performance review.
Incentives:
0.8% commission on total Lethbridge company sales (starts from Day 1).
0.8% commission on international sales you participated in.
Commission Note: Calculated and distributed quarterly. To qualify for payout, sales must be fully collected, and the employee must be actively employed on the date of distribution.

Company Events: We celebrate our wins together with company-paid team lunches, seasonal gatherings, and social events.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Reception: Greet clients or visitors warmly; answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls/emails. Monitor and conduct regular inventory checks on office supplies and hygiene/facility products, ordering replacements proactively to keep the office tidy and welcoming.
Shipping & Receiving: Handle small-scale shipping and receiving of antenna orders; print shipping labels (FedEx/UPS/Canada Post), and track local inventory.
Basic Administrative Data Entry: Coordinate with our external accounting firm by performing basic data entry in QuickBooks (such as generating customer invoices, uploading daily business receipts, and logging payments). No advanced accounting skills required.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our B2B Sales Representative to process antenna orders and track shipment status.

Qualifications:

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
+3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent professional English (written and verbal) with a warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic familiarity with QuickBooks functions.
