Votre rôle, votre impact

En tant que chef de projet, vous piloterez des initiatives stratégiques en cybersécurité au sein d’un environnement complexe et à forte visibilité.

Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble de la livraison du projet, de sa planification jusqu’à sa fermeture, en assurant la qualité et l’approbation des livrables. Vous serez le point central de coordination entre toutes les parties prenantes et assurerez le respect des délais et des budgets dans le cadre de la réalisation des objectifs d’affaires.

Votre quotidien

Élaborer et piloter le plan de projet global, en tenant compte de la complexité, des dépendances et des arrimages avec d’autres initiatives;
Assurer la livraison des objectifs d’affaires et la création de valeur, en respectant les coûts, les échéanciers et les ententes établies;
Coordonner et superviser les ressources internes et externes (équipes, intégrateurs, fournisseurs);
Agir comme point de référence pour tous les contributeurs (promoteurs, gestionnaires, équipes);
Gérer les demandes de changement, la qualité des livrables et le respect de la gouvernance et des méthodologies;
Réaliser les analyses de risques, définir les stratégies d’atténuation et assurer le suivi;
Assurer la reddition de comptes auprès du promoteur, du comité directeur et des instances décisionnelles;
Soutenir des mandats stratégiques ou des dossiers à haute complexité;
Collaborer activement à la gestion des fournisseurs.

Les clés de votre réussite

Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets d’envergure (haute vélocité et visibilité);
Expérience significative en environnement multi-projets;
Expertise récente en cybersécurité, notamment :
- Cryptographie;
- Identification et gestion des accès;
- Connaissance et surveillance des actifs.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

Diplôme de 2e cycle en gestion de projet;
Certifications PMP, MGP, ACP;
Expérience dans une grande organisation ou dans un environnement complexe.
