About Motion Physiotherapy - New Westminster
Our Motion Physiotherapy New Westminster clinic is located in the heart of New Westminster in Columbia Square, a vibrant shopping complex with convenient ground-floor access. Proudly serving the community for over 20 years, our clinic has built a strong reputation and loyal client base. We are easily accessible by public transportation, located just a 5-minute walk from New Westminster SkyTrain Station.
At Motion Physiotherapy New Westminster, our multidisciplinary team offers patient-centred care through Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and rehabilitation services. Our clinicians support a diverse caseload, including WorkSafeBC, ICBC, and private clients, with opportunities to grow their skills in areas such as IMS, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy, and orthopaedic skills through mentorship from experienced fCAMPT clinicians. Our clinic is equipped with shockwave therapy, mechanical traction, and other rehabilitation tools to support quality care.

Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centred care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Are you the right fit?
We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Preferably with 1-3 years rehabilitation experience as a physiotherapist.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- Newly Licensed Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
