Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Labourers specifically for the job descriptions of Machine Operator, Folder and Bin Master to join our manufacturing team. These roles involve operating various machinery, performing assembly and packaging tasks, and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidates will possess mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.

Job tasks but no limited to:
- Operate industrial washers, dryers, shuttle conveyor systems, bag lifting equipment and supporting production machinery.
- Perform complete daily equipment start-up and shutdown procedures following company operating standards.
- Select and operate appropriate wash and drying formulas based on garment or product type.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production and make operational adjustments within authorized operating parameters.
- Maintain continuous production flow while minimizing machine downtime.
- Ensure machinery is operating safely, efficiently and within manufacturer specifications.
- Stop equipment immediately when unsafe operating conditions exist.
- Suspend production when equipment failure or safety hazards are identified.
- Sort, fold and inspect garments according to company standards
- Put finished items in designated bins for delivery
- Other duties as required
Experience
- Previous experience operating industrial laundry equipment is preferred.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Clear English communication and comprehension
- If no previous experience, a good mindset and ability to learn quickly are a great asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience are desirable.
- Basic computer skills for recording inspections and production information.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift, push and pull materials in accordance with company safe lifting guidelines.
- Work in warm, noisy industrial environments.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining concentration and accuracy.
