HIRING: Senior Fine Dining Servers

Convivium Dining Community is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of downtown Toronto, offering a sophisticated dining experience rooted in culinary excellence and world-class service. We are building a team of seasoned hospitality professionals who can uphold the highest standards of fine dining.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Fine Dining Servers who have excelled in fast-paced, high-end restaurant environments.

At Convivium, our servers are not just order-takers — they are knowledgeable hosts who anticipate every guest need, deliver impeccable service, and help curate a truly memorable dining journey.If you have a passion for elevated hospitality, extensive experience in fine dining, and are committed to excellence, we invite you to join our distinguished opening teamKey Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through expert menu and wine knowledge, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
Maintain an impeccably clean and well-organized section, anticipating guest needs at every stage.
Guide guests through our Mediterranean culinary offerings with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
Collaborate closely with Front and Back of House teams to ensure seamless, polished service.
Uphold all food safety, cleanliness, and fine dining service standards without compromise.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven fine dining experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Deep understanding of wine service, Mediterranean cuisine, and sophisticated service protocols.
Polished communication skills and a professional, engaging presence.
Acute attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs proactively.
Physical stamina to work long shifts, including carrying trays and standing for extended periods.
Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
Smart Serve Certification (required).

Preferred Assets:

Formal wine training (e.g., WSET Level 1/2) or advanced wine knowledge.
Mixology
Experience opening or working in newly launched fine dining establishments.
