We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Safety is non-negotiable. The Site Supervisor must be safety-oriented at all times and ensure full compliance with all company safety policies, site-specific requirements, and applicable provincial safety regulations.
- Act in a professional and reasonable manner in all situations that arise.
- Coordinate work according to project priorities and schedules.
- Read and comprehend project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resources are available on site.
- Review, sign off, and approve sub-trade invoices for work performed.
- Perform site layout when required.
- Attend daily and/or weekly site meetings and report to the Operations Manager.
- Complete on-site material and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor quality of work performed by crews and provide feedback.
- Prepare QA/QC documentation as per FDL standards and submit to the Operations Manager.
- Track and submit detailed reports of any extra work performed on site.
- Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and highly organized.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using iPad/Android tablets to read drawings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- English (Required).
Compensation
We offer a competitive wage and benefits based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
