Nous sommes à la recherche d’une Cheffe de bureau organisée, autonome et orientée vers le service à la clientèle pour soutenir les activités administratives d’un environnement industriel dynamique. La personne retenue veillera au bon fonctionnement des opérations administratives, au respect des politiques internes et des normes de sécurité, tout en offrant un soutien efficace aux équipes, aux clients et aux partenaires externes.

Ce rôle contribue directement à l’efficacité des opérations quotidiennes et à la qualité de l’expérience offerte aux employés et aux clients.

Principales responsabilités

Agir comme personne-ressource pour les demandes, questions et préoccupations des clients, en assurant un suivi rapide et professionnel.
Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion afin de créer, mettre à jour et maintenir les dossiers des clients et des fournisseurs.
Participer aux activités liées à l’accueil et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés en partenariat avec les équipes de recrutement et des ressources humaines.
Assurer la gestion des comptes fournisseurs, notamment la préparation des bons de commande, la validation des factures et la coordination avec les fournisseurs et les services financiers.
Superviser les activités liées aux comptes clients et veiller à l’émission exacte et ponctuelle des factures.
S’assurer du respect des politiques internes, des procédures administratives ainsi que des exigences en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
Produire différents rapports administratifs et opérationnels, notamment en lien avec la paie, la production, l’expédition et la réception des marchandises.
Réaliser diverses tâches administratives telles que la gestion du courrier, le traitement des appels téléphoniques, la mise à jour des communications internes et la coordination de certaines activités logistiques.
Effectuer le suivi des stocks de fournitures de bureau, d’équipements de protection individuelle (ÉPI) et de matériel de premiers soins, et procéder aux commandes lorsque nécessaire.
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus administratifs et participer à la réalisation de projets spéciaux selon les besoins opérationnels.

Profil recherché

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
Formation postsecondaire en administration, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe, considérée comme un atout.
Trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.
Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office.
Expérience minimale de deux ans dans un rôle comportant des interactions avec la clientèle.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
Capacité à respecter des échéances serrées et à travailler de façon autonome.
Une expérience dans les secteurs manufacturier, industriel ou du transport constitue un avantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at a busy industrial facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office administration, supporting plant operations, maintaining compliance with company standards and safety requirements, and delivering exceptional service to employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Assist management with the setup, maintenance, and administration of customer and vendor accounts.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with recruitment and human resources teams.
Oversee local accounts payable functions, including purchase order creation, invoice verification, supplier communication, and coordination with the finance department.
Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring invoices are prepared accurately and distributed within established timelines.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Prepare and distribute operational reports related to payroll, production, shipping, receiving, and other key performance metrics.
Perform a variety of administrative duties, including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining internal communications boards, and coordinating transportation or dispatch activities.
Monitor inventory levels and arrange procurement of office materials, safety equipment, and first-aid supplies.
Provide administrative support for special projects and operational initiatives as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Postsecondary education in business administration or a related field is considered an asset.
3–5 years of relevant administrative or office management experience will be considered.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Minimum two years of experience in a customer service or client-facing environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments is preferred.
Bilingual

Rémunération : 25,00$ à 28,00$ par heure
