Senior Human Resources Generalist
Make a meaningful impact where people are at the heart of everything we do.
Are you an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives on variety, values meaningful work, and enjoys building strong relationships across an organization? Do you take pride in rolling up your sleeves to handle administrative details just as much as you enjoy coaching leaders and influencing organizational culture?
If so, we'd love to meet you.
As our Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be the organization's sole HR professional, serving as both a trusted strategic advisor and the hands-on expert responsible for delivering the full spectrum of Human Resources services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and the ability to make a lasting impact within a mission-driven non-profit organization.
No two days will be the same. One moment you may be coordinating onboarding paperwork, updating employee records, or administering benefits. The next, you'll be partnering with senior leadership on employee relations, organizational planning, performance management, policy development, and complex people matters. You are equally energized by the administrative details that keep an organization running and the strategic conversations that help it grow.
