What We Offer
Starting at $20.00/hour with clear opportunities for wage growth and advancement
Weekend-Focused Schedule: Approximately 10–30 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Preferred availability includes Thursday, Friday, and Monday as well. Shifts typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on client bookings and operational needs. Strong performers may grow into additional weekday hours over time.

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Cleaner with KHC, you will be the face of our company inside our clients’ homes. You will work with care, move with purpose, and leave every space better than you found it.
- Clean and maintain homes to The Kind Hearted Company standard
- Deliver exceptional service with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Travel between client homes throughout your workday
- Use and care for company-provided equipment and approved products
- Track your time accurately using our systems
- Communicate clearly with your manager regarding schedules and client needs
- Participate in onboarding, training, and continued development
- Represent KHC with professionalism in every home you enter

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move continuously throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Ability to perform physical work for extended periods in a residential environment
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in clients’ homes
What We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude first. Skills can be taught. Character cannot.
You must:
- Be currently located in Greater Victoria, BC
- Have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- Be comfortable traveling between client homes throughout Greater Victoria
- Communicate professionally in English
- Be available Saturdays and Sundays (mandatory)
- Be punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine customer service mindset
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
You’ll stand out if you:
- Have previous residential cleaning, house cleaning, or housekeeping experience
- Have a background in customer service
