G&L Printing Services – Ingersoll, Ontario
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

About Us
G&L Printing Services is a fast-growing Canadian-owned print, apparel decoration, fulfillment, and print-on-demand company serving customers across North America.
From custom apparel to warehousing, 3PL fulfillment, and online company stores, we help brands scale through high-quality in-house production, strong systems, and exceptional customer service.
We move fast, solve problems quickly, and are constantly improving how we operate. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and naturally keeps people, projects, and priorities moving forward.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Momentum Coordinator to become a key part of our growing team.
This role acts as the operational connection point between customers, staff, vendors, ownership, and production. The right person will help keep communication flowing, priorities aligned, and operations running smoothly across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong coordination, customer service, workflow, or project management experience who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives on keeping people, projects, and processes organized.
At its core, this role is about:
Protecting the owner’s time while driving accountability and execution across production and operations.
Who You Are
