Full job description

We are a growing real estate development and property management company. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and high-accuracy Data Entry Clerk fluent in English and Mandarin to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide critical administrative and data support across a diverse portfolio encompassing residential, commercial real estate, and construction.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Ledger Maintenance: Process and post accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) transactions, including vendor invoices and tenant payments.
Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and loan reconciliations, verify source documents, and assist the accounting team with month-end closing.
Tenant Financial Management: Maintain tenant lease financial records, manage monthly utility chargebacks, and assist with annual cost reconciliations.
Reporting Support: Assist in compiling financial data and preparing monthly/annual property financial statements and analysis reports.

Qualifications:

Education: College diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) to support daily office communications.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
