Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist in this role will lead the successful implementation and adoption of our clients new Crew Hotel solution. This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders, operational stakeholders, project teams, and external implementation partners. Your mission will be to prepare impacted groups for change, mitigate resistance, and ensure a seamless transition from current-state processes to future-state ways of working. As a champion of change, you will be instrumental in helping our operational teams understand, embrace, and sustain the changes required to achieve critical business benefits.
Responsibilities
- As the Senior OCM Specialist, you will lead change management activities across the entire project lifecycle. Your core deliverables will include:

Stakeholder & Impact Analysis: Develop a comprehensive Stakeholder Assessment, Engagement Plan, and Change Impact Assessment to identify friction points and readiness gaps.

Craft and execute a clear Communications Strategy, creating engaging, tailored communication materials for diverse audiences (from frontline to executives).

TDesign a robust Training Strategy and collaborate with instructional designers to produce high-quality training support materials. Develop Leadership and Manager Enablement Toolkits to help leaders guide their teams through the transition.

Readiness & Adoption:Assessments, formulate actionable mitigation plans, and establish an Adoption and Reinforcement Plan to measure and sustain long-term success.

Provide hands-on support during go-live and hypercare activities, ensuring operational teams feel supported during the critical launch phase.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of dedicated OCM experience leading change for large-scale technology or operational transformation programs.

Proven track record of conducting deep-dive change impact assessments and building comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans.

Demonstrated experience developing end-to-end communication and training strategies for complex systems.

Master facilitator with exceptional workshop leadership skills and the ability to command a room (virtual or in-person).

Experience successfully navigating and delivering results within complex, cross-functional organizations.

Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Nice to Haves (Preferred Assets)

Previous experience in the aviation/airline industry is highly desirable.

Experience working within unionized environments and collaborating with union leadership/teams.

Familiarity with crew operations, workforce management, or scheduling-related systems.

Experience navigating SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) implementations.

A proven history of supporting operational or frontline employee groups who work outside a traditional office setting.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree or a Post-Secondary Diploma

Prosci Certification (or an equivalent, recognized OCM methodology framework).
