Based in Newfoundland and Labrador, we are constantly evolving to provide specialized care services in support of children and families. Child and Youth Care Workers play an integral role in caring for and providing a safe and stable home environment for children and youth in residential care. As an influential role model, you build effective relationships with children and youth through a trauma informed lens.

With your savvy decision making and problem-solving skills, you'll bring a positive attitude and caring personality to our team. Roll up your sleeves and jump into our provided training while knowing that your work makes a difference.

What you'll bring? A Child and Youth Care certification or, degree and diploma is preferred. Experience working with children and youth from trauma or with various complex needs is considered an asset. A driver's license, Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid Certificate, and Children, Seniors and Social Development (CSSD) Record Check is required.

Salary ranges from $21.05 to $21.90 per hour as per collective agreement
