Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Previous experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a lively environment while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Duties

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with food safety and food handling regulations
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Adhere to all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Good understanding of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service practices
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

This position requires reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in lively settings. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
