Painters, Handyman, Cleaner, and Movers

Job Summary
We are seeking versatile and dedicated professionals to join our team as Painters, Handyman, Cleaners, and Movers. This role involves a combination of painting, maintenance, cleaning, and moving tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various job requirements. This position offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in construction-related fields while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting using various techniques such as construction painting, industrial painting, and restoration projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for carpentry, rigging, caulking, and other maintenance tasks.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming prior to painting or repairs.
Conduct general handyman services including minor repairs, fixture installations, and maintenance work.
Assist with moving furniture or equipment safely within client premises or between locations.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after project completion.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project status and addressing any concerns professionally. Experience
Prior experience in construction, restoration, or related trades is highly desirable.
Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Experience with carpentry, caulking, rigging, or industrial painting will be considered a plus.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and job requirements.
Prior experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for client interactions.
