Build It Right the First Time
Welcome Home Construction is a growing construction company specializing in commercial construction, custom homes, multi-unit residential developments, renovations, and self-performed construction services.
We're looking for experienced construction tradespeople who take pride in doing the job properly—not simply getting it done.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for professionals who understand that foundations, reinforcing steel, concrete, waterproofing systems, and building-envelope details must be completed correctly the first time because every phase of construction depends on the quality of the work below it.
If you believe craftsmanship matters, follow manufacturer specifications without shortcuts, and take pride in producing work that will last for decades, we'd like to meet you.

You'll become part of our core self-performing construction team, working on commercial, multi-unit residential, custom home, and development projects.
Our work includes demolition, excavation, loader and excavator operation, foundation construction, concrete flatwork, waterproofing, roofing, and building-envelope systems.
We're looking for experienced tradespeople who understand that quality begins below grade and that precision during the early stages of construction determines the success of the entire project.
No two projects are exactly alike, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of construction disciplines while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
