ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an ambitious, highly confident, and sales-driven Medical Aesthetician who treats their column like their own business. In this role, your success is measured not just by your excellent technical execution, but by your ability to proactively build your portfolio, fill your calendar, and close high-value treatment packages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Portfolio Building & Calendar Utilization (Fill Your Book)
- Proactive Client Acquisition: Take ownership of your daily schedule by actively engaging in client outreach, rebooking current clients before they leave, and turning one-time visitors into long-term package holders.
- Digital Brand Advocacy & Social Media: Actively capture high-quality, compliant "before and after" content to build your professional portfolio and contribute regularly to the clinic’s social media presence to attract new clientele.
- Front-Desk & Communication Excellence: Work with your Clinic Manager to master the clinic's booking software (Jane App) to handle seamless client communications, optimize daily scheduling, and execute strategic follow-ups.
2. Consultation, Sales & Upselling
- Package Closing: Conduct comprehensive, educational skin consultations and confidently recommend, design, and close multi-session treatment packages.
- Retailing & Cross-Selling: Consistently educate clients on home-care regimens, meeting or exceeding monthly retail sales targets alongside service revenue goals.
- Tiered Performance: Actively track your personal metrics to maximize your earnings within our tiered commission structure.
3. Clinical Excellence & Treatments
- Safely and professionally perform advanced treatments including:
- Laser hair removal (full face and body for all genders and skin types)
- Advanced facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation services
- Body contouring treatments (if certified)
- Tattoo Removal
- Maintain immaculate clinical records, treatment charts, and strict clinic cleanliness/compliance standards.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience in a medical spa or clinical setting is required.
- Licensure: Certified Medical Aesthetician.
- Sales DNA (Mandatory): Proven track record in a performance-based or retail-management environment. You must be entirely comfortable navigating sales targets, handling price objections, and upselling.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing cloud-based booking software (Jane), point-of-sale systems, and social media platforms for brand building.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings and weekends to accommodate peak client booking hours.
- Inclusivity: Confident and professional treating all body areas and all genders.
