Vinland is a family owned and run business, that has a very close knit and family orientated culture. We have been growing strong for over 14 years, and whether in slow markets or hot, we succeed.
We’re looking for a hungry person with an assertive, go get em’ attitude. Someone that is hardworking, energetic, and with a desire to build something bigger than themselves with a passion for providing value to people and working together with a team towards a common goal.
In this position you will be responsible for many design, control, and administrative tasks to support our operations. These will include, but may not be limited to;
Design - You will put together design packages for our homes for clients to pick from.
Plan Review - You will perform reviews of plans for needed design elements.

Spec Home Material/Colour Selections - You will put together the selections for homes that are under construction and currently have no buyer.
