Customer Service Representative / Party Host / Receptionist
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
Greet guests, manage check-ins, and provide accurate information about park activities, policies, and services.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries, bookings, and general information.
Host birthday parties according to Funvilla standards, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.
Coordinate party setup, execution, and timely cleanup.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception areas, party rooms, and assigned zones.
Follow all safety procedures and support daily operational needs.
Assist management and supervisors with additional tasks as required.
Supervisor
1. Safety & Compliance
Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
Respond promptly and appropriately to injuries, emergencies, or behavioral issues.
Ensure staff follow first aid, emergency, hygiene, and sanitization protocols.
Enforce safety rules across all play areas.
2. Staff Management
Supervise, schedule, and support staff performance.
Train and onboard new team members.
Manage shift changes and ensure proper staffing levels.
Resolve staff issues and promote positive team morale.
3. Customer Service Leadership
Handle guest concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met.
Clearly communicate rules and safety guidelines to children and parents.
Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
4. Operations Management
Oversee customer check-ins and waiver completion.
Monitor attendance, capacity limits, and guest flow.
Ensure equipment is functional and arrange repairs when needed.
Supervise birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
5. Administrative Duties
Prepare daily reports (attendance, incidents, maintenance) as required.
Manage inventory (sanitizers, wristbands, first aid supplies, etc.).
Enforce opening and closing procedures.
Handle cash tills, registers, and transaction oversight.
Ensure correct billing for parties and special bookings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the park for extended periods in a fast-paced, noisy indoor environment.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests, parents, and team members.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, including accurate data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong computer skills, including typing, proofreading, and general office software knowledge.
Previous clerical, administrative, or front desk experience preferred, including experience with multi-line phone systems.
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is considered an asset.
Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative while working independently or as part of a team.

Supervisor candidates must demonstrate prior hands-on leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to manage staff, operations, and customer situations effectively.
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
