Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff/Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Handle food safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
A passion for food industry work and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $18.25-$28.17 per hour
