We're hiring an Assistant Studio Manager — with a clear path to Studio Manager.
This is not a support role.
This is a leadership track role for someone who wants to:

- Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth

Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups

Bring presence, urgency, and intensity to the studio

Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging

Turn first-time clients into loyal members
- Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards

Build a no-drama, high-performance culture

Support hiring, onboarding, and training

Hold the team accountable to results
- Run a tight, efficient operation

Manage labor scheduling and cost control

Oversee trainer scheduling and performance

Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations

Solve problems quickly and independently
