Overview

Join our culinary team as a Line Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing delicious pub favorites. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will help create great dining experiences for our guests. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing to ensure efficiency during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume service periods smoothly
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail when handling ingredients, plating, and presentation
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
Familiarity with serving protocols and meal presentation standards is a plus
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
